My favorite thing about modern TV is you can't judge the medium OR the genre...a perfect storytelling moment might be lurking anywhere, if you're open-minded.

When I was in my 20's I could do that, now ... well, I need breaks in between rounds ... and not just for meals and sleep. I think I cooked something a few years back when I hit a 109 degree fever. My multi-hour non-stop marathons are not non-stop anymore. :(

That was, in fact, a great scene. Only maybe 50% the women will understand why he wouldn't sleep with her, and only 10% of the men. Been there, and let me tell you, the woman is never that forgiving.
