Re: Writer's Block

My friend Michael emailed me: Do I need to come over, tie you to the computer, and wave chocolate in front of you?

Yes, please. And bring a big blanket and the third season of The Gilmore Girls. Me and my lack of writing suck.

'tie you to the computer, and wave chocolate in front of you?'...damn, that would be inspiration for ME to write, and in fact it could tie into my next project (slow suggestive wink of the left eye)

Thank you for linking to me, that's very kind of you. I shall put up a reciprocal link to yours.

You know, maybe it'd be helpful to put up a visual graphic that shows how far you've gotten on a particular script (like Dave Anaxagoras does on his website). Might provide some motivation, to see your daily progress in pretty colors.

Though chocolate is nice, too.

Wow, I just saw the progress indicator too. Shows how much attention I pay to things... I would be nervous posting that. Then people would really know how little work I'm getting done. And I need more than chocolate for inspiration--I need the heat to be less than 80 degrees.
