1) Fame - I think it's over-rated, especially once the paparazzi stopped showing any regard for personal privacy. Not to mention psycho-stalkers.
2) Wealth - It won't make you happy, but it does make life easier by taking care of the basic necessities. I'd be happy to have a go at that one. Then again, I've gotten beyond knowing the difference between wants and needs. Admittedly, I would've fallen into the "keeping-up-with-the-joneses" trap earlier in life.
3) Beauty (physical) - Over-rated, though there are a few minor changes I'd make with the above money. None of them would seriously alter my looks.
4) Genius - Over-rated, I'm in that range, but it tends to bring its own problems. Being wiser is better than being smarter.
5) Power - The only check against corruption is the fear of retribution, whether worldly or spiritually. Without such a moral check, most people will grow corrupt. Then again, what is acceptable and what is corrupt varies depending on personal values.
