PISTOLERAS
by Elisabeth Fies
GENRE: Teen Chick Spaghetti Western, Ultra-violent
Tarantino and Rodriguez meet Blue Crush and Gloria Steinem.
When FOUR TEENAGE GIRLS cut school to surf in Baja, their dangerously naive sexuality lands them in danger. After hooking up with a van of Christian boys, one of them disappears. The raucous journey to find her takes the girls deep into the underbelly of the Skin Industry, where they must brutally battle Federales and the Mob to save their childhood friend and free all the enslaved girls.
ELISABETH FIES is…”Kid Sis”, as seen on CNN in the Eisner-winning book “Mom’s Cancer”.

Also by Elisabeth Fies:
DEAD MOM'S CLUB - A dark RomCom about a clique of twenty-somethings thrust into caregiving positions. With 1 in 2 Americans diagnosed with cancer, and 1 in 3 twenty-somethings forced to move back home with their parents for financial reasons, DEAD MOM'S CLUB is a zeitgeist script that is Generation Y's BIG CHILL.
THE COMMUNE - When a punk teen is forced to spend the summer on her estranged father's commune, she learns that not only is he a dark shaman, but she's been bred to be the Midsummer sacrifice. If you miss the intelligence, craftsmanship and psychological truth of horrifying thrillers like "Rosemary's Baby" and "The Shining", you'll love pooping your pants at THE COMMUNE.

WOW. Non-industry types invited, too?
MIM
Freaking love the graphic!
Lynda, thanks!!!! Been working hard.
MIM, OF COURSE!!!!! Very helpful to get "real" people's reactions. We'll be doing a moderated talk after, and would love to hear you and CC speak.
Heidi, I know! BC put it together!
Wait a minute...you saying you DIDN'T like my oh so professional collage of past gone toting femmes? I noticed I haven't gotten a single comment on it, which is a big "No Lis, we HATED it." :)
Awwwww...
You called me "BC" which is funny because I haven't been called that since college.
(we won't mention how long ago that was!)
Was it BC?
Ha!
Ouch!
Why you pesky kids!
(I graduated before 21 Jump Street first aired...)
These sound totally fab. I'd go see them. Good luck with the reading.
andrea
"pooping your pants"? huh?
"as seen on cnn"? sounds like a set of steak knives. you might want to add that you had nothing to do with your brother's success, too.
What do you want to bet this is one of the asshole "producers" who only have an ap credit and keep telling me if I be their girlfriend they'll help me get the movies and books made that I already have in pre-production...
Or another one of those scribospherans who spends all their time blogging instead of screenwriting and never lifts a finger for their career because deep down they know they're writing shit and could never hack it in a meeting...
Or maybe it's another anonymous poseur from Iowa with no balls to leave their name or email address who pretends they hate me BUT READS EVERY WORD I WRITE DAILY. No purer way to show their love than to yank a girl's ponytail.
Cowards, the lot of them.
Wow! That's really impressive, KS!
Best of luck with the upcoming reading. I'm sure it will be a huge success.
Good luck with the reading! Love the sound of the scripts. :)
Long time no talk. Sorry I have been directing shows left and right up here in Norethern Cal. I miss ya Kid Sis. Those all sound amazing, can't wait to see them. I am still inching forward in my independent film, got some people interested in acting in it and got a photography. Now just need the money to start.
Wish I could get down for the reading.
Lis:
Who invited that ass monkey to the party? I don't see them on my list...hmmmm
Yep, I'm still up studying. Good gosh is it Vegas time yet?
Whomever it is...I think they ought to reveal themselves instead of hiding behind Anon.
Whatev. I'm now over it.
What are we doing on Wednesday again? Oh yah, reading your script, getting feedback and having a party. What's up doc? Sing Misty for me.
Yep, I've officially lost my head again. Where did I leave it this time?
