Final Cut Help

Anyone know the correct codex to use for converting your final cut file to a quicktime small enough to stream well online?

I don't know specifically, but my roommate/co-writer Nick might be able to help, he's an awesome editor, who uses Final Cut Pro. Email him at nonicksherman@hotmail.com , just tell him Erik sent you his way.

For great image quality and small size, the long-time champ is Sorenson Video 3. Though the new kid on the block H.264 is certainly worth a look as well.
Good luck.
