No Freakin' Way

Actually got a great haircut, with a new lady, before a big event. What's next, winning the lottery? Or the LA Lottery. (selling a screenplay?) I feel a little bad, because she cut off six inches of hair, and I didn't think to ask if that was enough to make a wig for any cancer survivors. Crap. Next time.

My hair is still a few inches below my collarbone. Tres chic, methinks.

My roommate, Celia, is growing her hair out so that when she gets it cut in January she can donate it. I'd never heard of that until she mentioned it.

Good luck tomorrow. Seems an odd thing to say, but still...

You should post a pic of your new do. I am sorry I haven't been posting in a while. I know it is late and you have probably gotten sick and tired of hearing it but I am sorry about your loss. You made us all feel like part of your family and welcomed us in. Your loss is felt through your words. I thank you for letting me get to know the people and things you care about. Please let me know when the HERO dogs are on sale...I have a lot of people I need to buy them for.

Dear Liz -
You made it through yesterday's wonderful celebration for your Mom with amazing grace. I was incredibly proud of all of you and it truly took some cajones for you to speak to all of us. You spoke with honesty and love. You are definitely your Mother's daughter and should be so proud. She will always be with us saying her little "hello's" and we are blessed for having known her. I send you much love. Give Brenda a hug for me.

NJC, yeah, wish I hadn't blown that. The hairdresser should have mentioned it, too.

MIM, :)

Lemorse, pix coming soon. (Judd? Can you email me one?) I really appreciate your condolences. I'm so glad people were a part of Mom's life through the internet. She loved it. And of course I'll let you know about Hero dogs! Thank You!

Meg, thank you. You've been so kind to me.

Lynne, no freaking way!!!! That is so great. Though it doesn't surprsie me; we've been getting reports back from quite a few people :) But yours, wow. And you two were cyberbuds; it doesn't surprise me she'd say hello. One superman tattoo, coming up!

Jan. Thank you so much. I'm so glad you were there. I love you, and so does Mom.
