Not Dead Yet

I'm alive, sort of. Have made amazing headway on all ten of my current projects, despite having a bit of a breakdown last week. Perhaps I need to cry in PJs more often.

My cell phone broke, so if I'm supposed to have your number, you might want to email it to me...

Going today to talk to a huge class of 17-year-olds about the business of screenwriting. Can't wait!

Thanks, kid sis! You were great.

Seriously, dear readers, a lot of students came up to her afterwards to gab and share ideas. Kid sis even had the hosting teacher and her colleagues (including my wife) talking excitedly over dinner.

Very cool to watch some teenage eyes light up as wheels turned in their pre-voting-age heads.

Seventeen year olds. Hope you were taking dialogue notes. I'm still wondering why a white boy would call me cracker...

Glad to hear you're back on your feet. And sounds like a fun event. Seriously.

And TEN projects?! Wow!
